Objectives

It is Alliance Staffing Network’s policy to hire talented individuals who can help our clients exceed their quality objectives. To support this effort, ASN performs the following screening process before submitting resumes as candidates.

Application – Based on client needs and the nature of the specific assignment Alliance Staffing Network  has the ability to run background checks on:

  • Skills Card Classification
  • Reference Checks (Employment and Personal)
  • Education Verification
  • Other background checks can be conducted upon client request

Recruiters Screen – If the recruiter decides that an applicant has skills that match current or anticipated requirements, the recruiter arranges a technical screen.

Technical Screen – This is performed by a staff employee who is experienced in the applicant’s skill set and the position skill set.

Upon extending a job offer, Alliance can provide substance testing and physicals as needed.
